Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a CAMHS Crisis Team Mental Health Practitioner (Band 6) based at Forrest House, Royal Oldham Hospital, Oldham. The role covers assessment, brief interventions and crisis support for children and young people, across multiple pathways.

We welcome applicants with professional registration in nursing, social work or occupational therapy and a passion for youth mental health.

Qualifications

• Education and professional registration required for CAMHS role.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development and degree-level education.
• Skills in literacy, numeracy, IT and clinical communication are essential.
• Experience in teaching and supervising in clinical practice is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess, signpost and provide brief therapeutic intervention for CYP in crisis.
• Work across pathways to ensure timely care in the community and hospital settings.
• Collaborate with Home Treatment, Rapid Response and liaison teams.
