Job summary

Chesterfield Royal is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to provide leadership and oversight for Core CAMHS services. You will line-manage CAMHS Team Leads, offer professional expertise, and drive high-quality, safe, person-centered mental health care for children and young people.

You will collaborate with CAMHS leaders and commissioners to sustain a safe, responsive service and support staff wellbeing, development, and interagency work.

Qualifications

• Management/leadership qualifications or willingness to undertake.
• Professional qualification in child and adolescent mental health.
• Registration with an appropriate regulatory body.
• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Educated to or studying at Masters level.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level professional and transformational clinical leadership and oversight of Core CAMHS services.
• Line manage the Core CAMHS Team Leads and provide professional expertise enabling high-quality, safe, person-centered mental health care.
