Job summary

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) invites applications for a part-time Advanced Nurse Practitioner within West Glasgow CAMHS. The post focuses on complex neurodevelopmental conditions in a mental health setting, with pathway to senior duties and potential for Annex 21 trainee progression.

Role requires autonomous practice, prescribing where qualified, and leadership within a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care across children and young people.

Qualifications

• First level RMN or RNLD with current NMC registration.
• Substantial post-registration experience and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication and leadership within MDT.
• Commitment to patient-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, treat and prescribe for children and young people with complex neurodevelopmental conditions in a mental health setting.
• Provide autonomous clinical care and lead within a multidisciplinary team.
• Support service development and ensure high-quality, safe care aligned with standards.
