Job summary

Gravity Media in High Wycombe is seeking a Resources Coordinator – Cameras & Vision to join the busy resources team. You will ensure all jobs are supplied with Audio equipment as production demands.

You will schedule equipment allocations, hire from rental partners, raise purchase orders, and work with Production, Unit Managers and Engineering Leads to keep resources fully resourced. This full-time role offers stability and regular weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with Outside Broadcasting camera and vision equipment is required.
• Strong planning, prioritising and organisational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule equipment allocation to maximize stock utilisation.
• Hire equipment from rental companies, raise purchase orders and process invoices.
• Collaborate with Production, Unit Managers and Engineering Leads to ensure adequate resources.
• Plan cross-loads and logistics; keep all parties informed.
• Maintain clear resource load lists for engineering teams.
