Job summary

Stagecoach Cambridge is seeking a Trainee Bus Driver at our Cambridge depot. You will train to gain your PCV licence through a Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship, earning while you learn and becoming a valued member of the team.

Based at Cambridge depot on 100 Cowley Road, you’ll complete 6–8 weeks of paid training and progress into a full driving role, delivering safe journeys and excellent customer service across the community.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with UK driving licence and no more than 6 penalty points.
• Right to work in the UK and residency requirements.
• Willingness to learn and deliver excellent customer service.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Complete industry-leading training to gain your PCV licence and Level 2 Apprenticeship.
• Drive Stagecoach Cambridge depot fleet safely and responsibly.
• Provide top-quality customer service and a welcoming environment for passengers.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
