Job summary

Stagecoach Morecambe depot is seeking trainee bus drivers to join our team. You will be paid from day one while training to obtain your PCV licence through our Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship, with training costs covered.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a full UK driving licence held for at least 1 year.
• No bans in past 5 years and no mobile phone offences in past 3 years.
• Right to work in the UK and good customer service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Completing our industry leading training and obtaining your PCV licence as part of the Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship.
• Driving our fleet safely and confidently to ensure smooth journeys.
• Delivering top-notch customer service and helping people of all ages and backgrounds should have a great journey.
• Creating a welcoming environment where customers feel respected and cared for.
• Working flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Continuing CPC training and professional development as part of career growth.
