Job summary

Teaching Personnel are seeking multiple Full-Time Teaching Assistants for roles across Cambridge and surrounding areas. The position offers the chance to support pupils in 1:1 SEND sessions and general classroom duties, with potential for permanent contracts after a placement period.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of UK school experience and hold a recognised Teaching Assistant qualification, plus the ability to provide references and undergo an Enhanced DBS through Teaching

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Be able to provide references covering recent educational or childcare employment.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 SEND Support: Providing tailored support to pupils with SEND and implementing EHCP strategies.
• General Teaching Assistant Duties: Assisting the class teacher, supporting small groups and class activities, and maintaining a positive learning environment.
