Qualifications
A 2.1 in a bachelor’s degree in any subject is essential.
Relevant professional experience in either the secondary or further education sector or higher education administration is desirable.
Responsibilities
Line manage and motivate a team of ESAs to ensure engagement and development.
Supervise annual admissions cycles and workload planning.
Ensure accurate records and compile historic admissions data.
Liaise for the CAS issuance process.
Collaborate on operational projects and review compliance procedures.
Primary point of escalation for ESA queries.
Support departmental activities including application cycles.
Plan outreach and recruitment activities.
Update admissions content on the College website.
Contribute to social media campaigns.
Attend related meetings and manage outreach activity data.
