Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND (e.g. Autism, ADHD, SEMH).
• Calm, patient and adaptable approach with a commitment to inclusive education.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to SEND pupils in the classroom.
• Assist with classroom engagement and learning activities.
• Support emotional regulation and inclusive education practices.
