Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create a calm environment to support student success.
• Organize students at start and end of each exam.
• Ensure seating plans and name cards are used as prepared.
• Read out examination instructions and record start/finish times.
• Distribute exam papers and stationery as required.
• Supervise candidates entering and leaving the Examination Room.
• Collect and organize scripts by candidate number.
• Deliver completed scripts to the Exams Officer.
• Attend training courses as required.
• Perform any other duties reasonably associated with this post.
