Channing School seeks reliable, highly organised Exams Invigilators to join the examinations team on a casual basis from Autumn 2026. You will help ensure examinations run smoothly, comply with JCQ rules, and maintain a calm, secure environment for pupils to perform at their best.

The role involves room preparation, supervising exams, distributing materials, and keeping accurate records. Previous school experience is beneficial; JCQ training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Punctual, flexible and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous school or exams environment experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Full JCQ training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare examination rooms and equipment.
• Supervise pupils during examinations.
• Distribute and collect examination materials.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and seating plans.
• Ensure compliance with JCQ procedures and security requirements.
