JLL is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst – CAFM to join our Software Solutions team on an initial contract basis with potential extension. You will provide day-to-day ownership of MRI Concept/Evolution CAFM support, resolve incidents, manage configurations, and support users across the UK&I region.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with a CAFM system (MRI Concept/Evolution desirable but not essential).
• Experience supporting CAFM systems within a facilities management environment.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills for incident resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and resolve MRI Concept/Evolution related incidents and service requests.
• Investigate CAFM issues affecting operations and contract teams; own tickets to resolution.
• Maintain CAFM configuration (PPM schedules, asset records, work orders).
• Support data extraction, reporting, and validation for governance.
