Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking an Application Support Analyst for CAFM (MRI Concept/Evolution) to join our Birmingham team on a rolling contract. You will provide day-to-day support for CAFM applications, handle incidents, and ensure data accuracy while liaising with contract teams and engineers.

The role requires experience with MRI CAFM platforms, PPM scheduling, asset and work order management, and familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with MRI Concept and/or MRI Evolution CAFM platforms.
• Experience supporting CAFM systems within a Facilities Management environment.
• Knowledge of PPM scheduling, asset management, reactive maintenance and work order management.
• Experience with reporting, data analysis and data quality management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Understanding of CAFM integrations and data migration projects.
• Knowledge of SFG20 standards and FM compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for MRI Concept/Evolution CAFM applications.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and system issues to resolution.
• Investigate and troubleshoot application, configuration, and data-related issues.
• Maintain CAFM configuration including PPM schedules, assets, work orders and user accounts.
• Support operators, contract teams and engineers with system queries.
• Run standard and ad-hoc reports to support operations and compliance.
• Perform data validation, cleansing and reconciliation tasks.
• Assist with testing, upgrades, releases and configuration changes.
• Support integrations between MRI CAFM and connected systems.
• Support contract mobilisations, data migrations and UAT.
• Create and maintain system documentation and user guides.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams and vendors to ensure service continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for MRI Concept/Evolution CAFM applications.
• Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues through to completion.
• Investigate and troubleshoot application, configuration, and data-related issues.
• Maintain CAFM configuration including PPM schedules, maintenance frequencies, asset records, work orders, and user accounts.
• Support operational users, contract teams, and engineers with system-related queries.
• Run standard and ad-hoc reports to support operational and compliance requirements.
• Perform data validation, data cleansing, and reconciliation activities.
• Support testing, system upgrades, releases, enhancements, and configuration changes.
• Assist with integrations between MRI Concept/Evolution and connected business systems.
• Support contract mobilisations, data migration activities, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Create and maintain system documentation, knowledge articles, and user guides.
• Work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and software vendors to ensure service continuity.

Desired or Preferred Experience and Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with MRI Concept and/or MRI Evolution CAFM platforms.
• Experience supporting CAFM systems within a Facilities Management environment.
• Strong understanding of PPM scheduling, asset management, reactive maintenance, and work order management.
• Experience investigating and resolving application support incidents.
• Knowledge of compliance reporting and engineer workflow processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Good reporting, data analysis, and data quality management skills.
• Knowledge of SQL querying and/or Power BI reporting tools.Experience with CAFM integrations and connected systems.
• Experience with data migration and data cleansing projects.
• Understanding of SFG20 standards and FM compliance frameworks.
