Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a CAFM Manager to oversee configuration, operation and maintenance of the facilities management software, ensuring accurate data, efficient work order handling and system compliance across property assets.

You will bridge IT and facilities teams, lead all CAFM workstreams, manage data, workflows and KPIs, and provide user training and documentation to sustain performance and drive investment efficiency.

Qualifications

• Understanding of UK Health & Safety laws and building regulations.
• Experience with CAFM systems, database management and BIM integrations.
• Proven property and facilities management experience.
• Ability to analyse large data sets and create meaningful reports.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work across operations, IT and finance.
• Degree or equivalent in FM/IT or related field.
• Experience in system mobilization or contract mobilization.
• NEBOSH qualification (desirable).
• IWFM Level 4 (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead CAFM system continuous management as SME.
• Lead all workstreams for CAFM and coordinate with ops and stakeholders.
• System administration: daily operation, configuration, upgrades.
• Data management: asset registers, locations, PPM schedules, quotes/POs.
• Workflow optimization: map and improve processes.
• Reporting and analytics: generate KPIs/SLAs for leadership.
• Provide user support, training and documentation.
• Liaise between IT, vendors and FM teams.
• Drive CAFM development and roadmap initiatives.
