Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen equipment and utensils clean and tidy.

• Practice FIFO stock rotation to keep food fresh.
• Accept deliveries and store food safely.
• Follow all operational policies and procedures.
• Prepare, cook, and serve food according to the café menu.
• Ensure food products are available and displayed correctly.
• Know the café menu and serve items as intended.
• Resolve customer complaints and inform the Café Manager.
• Stay updated with business communications and initiatives.
• Clear and sanitise tables to keep the café clean.
