Responsibilities

• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping daily records.
• Practice FIFO stock rotation to keep our food fresh.
• Accept deliveries and handle the safe storage of food.
• Follow all operational policies and procedures.
• Prepare, cook, and serve food according to our café's delicious menu.
• Maintain our standards and all food products are available.
• Know our café's menu inside and out and serve food exactly as it's intended.
• Resolve customer complaints and pass on information to the Café Manager.
• Stay up-to-date with business communications and exciting new initiatives.
• Clear and sanitise tables so our café stays clean.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety standards.
• The ability to work efficiently and maintain a clean environment.
