Job summary

Restaurant Associates at the National Railway Museum in York is seeking a proactive Café Supervisor to support daily operations and lead the café team during service. You will work with the Café Manager to train staff, uphold high service standards, and deliver an exceptional visitor experience.

This hands-on role requires a practical, customer-focused approach, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to health & safety. The position is full-time and permanent, based on site in York.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or team-leading roles in café or catering environments.
• Hands-on approach during busy service periods.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
