Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking an experienced Team Leader to support operations at a brand-new cafe on Oxford Street, London. You will lead a team, drive exceptional customer service, and help deliver strong financial performance in a high-profile retail setting.

We require a people-focused leader with catering/hospitality experience, capable of inspiring teams, implementing schemes, and ensuring brand standards and safety guidelines are followed. Attractive benefits and flexible hours are available.

Qualifications

• Operational experience at management level within catering/hospitality.
• Ability to drive and deliver high standards as a people manager.
• Capability to drive projects swiftly with attention to detail.
• Professional presentation and reporting of business information.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support operational management and financial performance of the site.
• Ensure waste management processes are in place.
• Champion excellent customer service and implement all customer communication tools to build sales.
• Support schemes including new products, planograms, procedures and menu specs per brand guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with Aramark Hygiene and Safety requirements.
• Lead team performance to meet KPIs.
