Compass Group UK&I is seeking a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations in a major High Street brand on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). You will oversee daily operations, lead a small team, and ensure a high standard of quality work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
• Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Checking deliveries and storing them promptly and correctly.
• Supervising a team and creating a positive, welcoming environment for the team.
• Being a responsible key holder.
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and other duties as necessary.
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
• Placing orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels.
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team remains proactive.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.
• Joining Compass to feed people, fuel progress and forge connections in around 6,000 venues.
