Job summary

Talosats Careers in Kendal is seeking a friendly and reliable Supervisor for Bob and Berts. The Supervisor leads the team, upholds high-quality service standards, and acts as the manager on duty to support staff and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key duties include opening/closing procedures, staff training, customer service, inventory and cash handling. Candidates should have 1–2 years in a fast-paced café or retail environment with supervisory experience, and be eligible to work in

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years in a fast-paced café, restaurant, or retail environment with supervisory experience preferred.
Proficient in operating commercial espresso machines and preparing specialty coffee drinks.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach a team.
Experience with POS systems and basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

Oversee opening/closing, ensure secure, clean premises and smooth daily operations.
Lead staff workflow, delegate tasks, and optimize service during peak hours.
Maintain beverage quality and resolve customer queries promptly.
Manage stock, cash handling, and assist with inventory and merchandising.
