Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations for a major High Street brand, on a part-time basis (24 hours per week). Qualifications

• Experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
• Strong communication skills with focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervising a team and creating a positive, welcoming environment.
• Being a responsible key holder.
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and other duties as necessary.
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
• Placing orders to maintain stock levels.
• Delegating tasks to the team to stay proactive.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.
