Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a Cafe Supervisor to help ensure smooth operations at a major High Street brand on a part-time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week. Role includes supervising frontline teams, managing rotas, handling stock orders, and ensuring strict food handling and health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Check and store deliveries promptly and correctly.
• Supervise a team and foster a welcoming, supportive environment.
• Act as a responsible key holder.
• Assist with weekly bookwork and other duties as needed.
• Produce weekly rotas following manager guidelines.
• Place orders to maintain stock levels and delegate tasks effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Food Handling and Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.
