The Genuine Dining Co. is seeking an energetic supervisor for our Cambridge-based cafe, to support daily operations, lead a passionate team, and assist the General Manager with hands-on and admin tasks.

The role blends hands-on guest service with a structured weekday schedule, coffee expertise, and opportunities to contribute to service innovations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a hospitality or café supervisor role.
• Ability to lead a team in a busy setting.
• Experience with coffee preparation and customer service.
• Confident with light admin duties and MS Office.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cafe operations including opening/closing.
• Prepare high-quality coffee and hot drinks.
• Lead and motivate a team; manage daily ops.
• Support GM with admin tasks and stock control.
• Ensure cleanliness and food hygiene.
• Assist events and hospitality as needed.
• Support till operations and basic financial procedures.
