Job summary

Compass Group PLC is seeking a dedicated Cafe Supervisor in Greater London to ensure smooth operation on a part-time basis (30 hours per week). You will use your skills to maintain high quality work and help the team deliver excellent service in a major High Street brand environment.

The role involves supervising frontline staff, managing rotas and stock, and handling deliveries and bookwork while upholding food hygiene and health & safety standards.

• Check and store deliveries promptly and correctly.

• Assist with weekly bookwork and other duties as needed.
• Produce weekly rotas following guidelines.
• Place orders to maintain stock levels and delegate tasks.

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly

• Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times

• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
  Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
• Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service
• Team player and can-do attitude
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
