Our bustling café sits at the heart of the guest experience, and we are looking for a passionate, reliable leader to help us maintain our high standards of service.

The Role

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Supervisor to maintain exceptional customer service and presentation within the restaurant; to start as early as July 2026.

As the Cafe Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the seamless delivery of food and beverages, managing all aspects of customer service within the Café. This hands‑on position includes supervising the team during your shift, ensuring the efficient operation of the Café, from setup to cleanup.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a comparable role preferred.
• Must be hands on and take ownership of day‑to‑day operations.
• Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in delivering high‑quality presentation.
• Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a small team.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to working hours (including weekends).
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all dining spaces.
• Physically capable of manual tasks, including prolonged standing, lifting, bending, and carrying.
• Own transport would be advantageous due to the location.
• Promptly report any maintenance issues or inventory shortages to management.
• Strictly adhere to Food Safety & Health & Safety processes at all times.
• Provide polite, professional interactions with guests and respond to any requests efficiently and courteously.

Skills We Love
