A24 Group Limited is seeking a reliable cleaner for Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens. The role covers maintaining cleanliness across the estate, offices, restrooms, and public areas with a focus on high presentation standards. Flexible hours including weekends, with full or part-time contracts available.

Experience in cleaning preferred; candidates should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a small team. Transport to site is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be hands on and take full ownership of the site's cleaning standards.
• Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in delivering high-quality presentation.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a small team.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to working hours (including weekends).
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and replenishing of public and staff areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across the estate and public areas.
• Ensure high presentation standards throughout offices, restrooms, corridors, and dining spaces.
• Promptly report maintenance issues or inventory shortages to management.
