• Maintain standards of work within the post holder’s responsibility.
• Order, store, prepare, cook, deliver, serve and process payments for meals.
• Maintain stock levels and rotate stock to minimise wastage.
• Assist in menu changes and plan meals within nutritional and budget guidelines.
• Supervise kitchen staff and provide on-the-job training.
• Keep accurate records and stock control as instructed.
