Job summary

Euro Staffs in Bradford is seeking a Creative Content Creator & Videographer to produce high-quality social media content for TikTok and Instagram. You will film, photograph and edit engaging short-form videos and images, walking into the café to spot moments for compelling storytelling.

You’ll collaborate with the Social Media Manager on strategy, publishing and approvals while owning the creative process.

Qualifications

• Genuine understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends.
• Confident filming and editing short‑form video.
• Strong creative eye for framing, lighting and storytelling.
• Ability to generate own ideas and be proactive.
• Understanding of hooks, pacing and captions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 5–7 fully edited Reels/TikToks weekly.
• Create 5 professionally edited photos weekly.
• Generate original content ideas and prep for approval.
• Organise raw footage and project files; build a content library.
• Some content to be polished/cinematic; others staff/customer content.
