We pride ourselves on delivering a service that feels incredibly in-house, becoming a true extension of our clients’ teams and partnering with them to create work that drives meaningful results.

Role Responsibilities
  • Develop creative, social-first content plans that align with client objectives, brand positioning, and audience engagement goals.
  • Translate client briefs into compelling content concepts and storytelling frameworks designed to maximise performance across social media platforms.
  • Lead content shoots with confidence, directing talent and stakeholders while taking ownership of creative execution both behind and, where required, in front of the camera.
  • Capture and edit high-quality photo and video content for a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily across the beauty, lifestyle, and wellbeing sectors.
  • Capture, edit, and publish content in real time during live events, activations, and shoots, thriving in fast-paced environments with tight turnaround times when required.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to continuously refine content strategies and deliver best-in-class social media campaigns.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in capturing and editing high-quality photo and video content (portfolio required) with a strong understanding of what drives engagement across social media platforms.
  • Confident using an iPhone and camera equipment to capture and edit both lo-fi and high-quality content edits.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard creative software, including video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, and photo editing platforms such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
