Job summary

TM UK (Web) in London is seeking a Content Creative to produce engaging video and photo content across social platforms, livestreams, and longer-form storytelling, capturing artists, events and label moments at venues or in the studio.

You will shoot and edit for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and brand campaigns, collaborate with Marketing and Digital, handle post-production, colour grading, sound, and simple graphics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of content creative experience or have worked with musical talent.
• Passion for dance music and broad musical taste.
• Ability to cope with pressure and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, brand campaigns and livestreams.
• Create artist promos, aftermovies, interviews, teasers and livestreams.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Digital to develop social-first edits.
• Handle post-production including colour grading, sound mixing, and simple graphics.
• Cover Armada events, showcases, office visits and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Confidently shoot video in environments like clubs, festivals and events with limited lighting.
• Create social assets and teasers to promote long form content.
• Manage the content equipment and ensure it’s safety.
