Job summary

Focus Resourcing in Pangbourne is seeking a Content Creator to join a growing, creative team. You will plan, film and edit content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest, producing engaging videos, captions and graphics.

You will help manage the content calendar and interact with the audience while supporting campaigns and launches. The role offers hybrid working, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a pension, staff discount, team events and onsite parking.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience within a social media role.
• Confident filming and editing short-form video content.
• Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
• Creative with a strong eye for social media trends.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film and edit content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest.
• Create engaging videos, graphics and captions.
• Manage the social media content calendar.
• Respond to comments, DMs and tags.
• Support with campaigns, product launches and influencer collaborations.
