Job summary

Friends of Dundonald Castle SCIO is seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead the Visitor Centre/Community Hub Café and help drive its growth. Based in our busy Community Hub, this role blends hospitality leadership with community engagement and visitor experience.

Key duties include leading a team, delivering exceptional service, developing menus with local suppliers, and managing budgets and compliance, while supporting local community activities and events.

Qualifications

• Significant hospitality experience.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Organised and proactive with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience leading on food safety, compliance and operational standards.
