An Lanntair Ltd in Stornoway, the Outer Hebrides’ leading multi-arts venue, invites a Café & Bar Manager to lead our busy food and drink operation.

You will head a small team, ensure excellent customer experience, and manage stock and budgets while shaping a welcoming offer for audiences, artists, and the local community. The role is hands-on and central to island life.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality management (café, bar, or similar).
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Commercial mindset with attention to detail.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of the organisation, managing day-to-day café and bar service while shaping a welcoming, high-quality offer for audiences, artists, and the local community.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in hospitality management (café, bar, or similar)
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• A commercial mindset and attention to detail
• A passion for food, drink, and cultural spaces
• Experience in an arts or events venue is desirable but not essential.
