Job summary

Gap Personnel Limited is recruiting a Café Co-ordinator in Flintshire for 30 hours per week. The role involves food and beverage service, customer care and supporting adults with learning disabilities to develop life and employability skills.

You will handle till operations, stock, and basic barista tasks, with occasional evenings and weekends. Applicants should have hospitality experience, Level 2 Food Hygiene, and strong communication and IT skills; DBS check is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including barista-style beverages.
• Prepare and serve light meals, snacks and refreshments.
• Operate tills and process payments accurately.
• Monitor stock levels, merchandising and product displays.
• Support café opening and closing procedures.
