Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Cafe Supervisor in Llantrisant to help ensure the smooth running of operations on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). The role involves supervising frontline staff, maintaining high standards of service, and supporting weekly rotas and stock management.

The ideal candidate will have experience supervising teams in a similar environment, strong communication skills, and a positive, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Checking deliveries and storing them promptly and correctly.
• Supervising a team and creating a welcoming, supportive environment.
• Being a responsible key holder.
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and other duties.
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
• Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels.
• Delegating and ensuring the team are proactive at all times.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.

Cafe Supervisor - Llantrissant

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a part time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week.

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
