Job summary

Bannatyne is seeking a friendly Cafe Bar Assistant in Falkirk to join our busy cafe bar team. You will greet guests, serve beverages and light snacks, handle payments, and keep the area clean and welcoming.

This role offers zero/variable hours with flexible scheduling and benefits like complimentary meals, gym access, and exclusive staff discounts. Previous hospitality experience is welcome but not essential, as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not essential.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle cash accurately.

Rate of Pay : £12.71 per hour

A typical day in the life of a Cafe Bar Assistant:

• Greet and serve members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude.


• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and light snacks efficiently.


• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe bar area.


• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.


• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.


• Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to.


• Provide information about the club’s services and facilities as needed.


• Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere.
