Job summary

Bannatyne Group is seeking a Cafe Bar Assistant to join our vibrant hospitality team. You will greet members, prepare beverages, serve light snacks and maintain a clean, welcoming cafe bar area.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, teamwork, and the ability to work flexibly, including weekends. Prior hospitality experience is beneficial, and a basic food safety awareness is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Desirable: L2 Food Safety and Hygiene certification.
