Job summary

Bannatyne in Cardiff is looking for a Cafe Bar Assistant to join our team. This role offers 20 hours per week with a rate of pay £12.71 per hour, delivering excellent service in the cafe bar area to our members and guests.

You will greet customers, prepare beverages and light snacks, maintain cleanliness, handle cash and card transactions, support stock and health and safety, and work as part of a welcoming team focused on creating enjoyable experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and a friendly attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Hospitality experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Prepare and serve beverages and light snacks efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe bar area.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
