Job summary

Benugo at Paddington station is hiring a friendly front of house team member to join our newly opened cafe. You will deliver warm, efficient service in a fast-paced setting and help create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining a clean station, following food safety rules, restocking, and supporting opening and closing procedures with a positive, team-oriented approach.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, including proper food storage and inventory management
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure customer safety
• Take customer orders and respond to inquiries with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels throughout the shift
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations during peak hours
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with all customers and colleagues
