We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about hospitality. You'll be a strong communicator who can work both independently and as part of a team, with the ability to stay organised in a busy environment.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience in a café, hospitality, or customer-facing role

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Cash handling and/or supervisory experience

  • The ability to multitask and use initiative

  • An understanding of stock control and basic financial processes

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Good timekeeping and a professional approach

  • Experience supporting or working with young people or individuals with additional needs would be an advantage, but not essential.
