CAD Technician Weybridge £30,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Training + Progression

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CAD Technician to join an expanding Interior Design and Architecture company, where you will be exposed to a variety of exclusive high-end residential projects, whilst receiving full in-house training and the opportunity to progress as the team grows.

Are you a CAD Technician or Draftsperson with previous experience working on interior or joinery projects? Do you want to join a company where you will work on luxurious residential projects whilst progressing both technically and professionally?

This expanding Architectural and Design company specialises in high-end residential projects, both in the UK and internationally, bringing their expertise to both refurbishment and new build projects. They offer their services through all design and construction phases to their esteemed clients.

In this role, based out of their Weybridge office, you will work on projects from concept to completion, often managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Your main responsibility will be to create technical drawing packages, including floor plans, lighting, power, and elevations. You will also prepare drawing packages for fitted aspects of the house, including joinery, bathrooms, and kitchens. Additionally, you will liaise with in-house and external teams to ensure specifications are met and assist in resolving design issues that arise.

The ideal candidate will be a CAD Technician or Draftsperson with experience in interior residential or joinery projects, interested in working in a team environment on prestigious high-end projects.
