WSP Civil Services is seeking a CAD Manager to lead a team delivering airfield, maritime and pavement design and maintenance projects for clients in the UK and overseas. You will supervise CAD Technicians, develop CAD workflows, and ensure outputs meet BIM/CAD standards throughout feasibility to construction stages.

The role requires strong AutoCAD/Civils 3D experience, ACC and project delivery skills, with hybrid working and career development opportunities at WSP.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD CAD software.
• Proficient in the production of high-quality Engineering Drawings.
• Good experience and working knowledge of Civil 3D modelling software.
• Experience in the use of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Previous experience in either Airport, Highway/Pavement or Maritime sectors; Detail-oriented and highly organised.
• Competent interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others, expressing ideas effectively and professionally to technical and non-technical audience.
• Experience in defining and managing team training or developing team members in CAD software packages and drawing quality.

Responsabilités

• Lead CAD Technicians in producing quality drawings and 2D/3D models.
• Quality check outputs to meet CAD standards.
• Mentor team members and share expertise with engineers.
• Develop and implement project-specific CAD workflows.
• Ensure delivery aligns with CAD/BIM standards and safety.
• Support design team through feasibility to construction phases.
