CAD/CAM Programmers opportunity in a successful, established subcontract precision engineering company.

The company specializes in 5-axis milling across various sectors, including aerospace and medical. Due to expansion, they are offering an opportunity for a skilled CNC offline programmer proficient in MasterCam.

As a CAD/CAM Programmer, you will play a critical role in driving manufacturing processes. You will utilize your extensive knowledge of Mastercam to design and program complex CNC machining operations, contributing directly to high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for various machining operations.
2. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to interpret design specifications and ensure production accuracy.
3. Analyze job orders, drawings, blueprints, and specifications to perform comprehensive programming.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CNC programming and machining processes.
5. Continuously improve processes to enhance productivity and quality outputs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
