CNC Programmer / CNC Operator required to join a leading firm based in Bristol.

Our client is a precision engineering company, established for over 50 years, offering bespoke solutions to a wide variety of industries including aerospace, defence, nuclear, medical, and others.

We're currently seeking a skilled CNC Programmer / CNC Operator to join a close-knit, friendly team in Bristol.

The ideal candidate should have experience with CNC programming and operation, specifically with aluminium parts.

1. Independently program & operate 3-axis VM20i & 5-axis VMX30Ui CNC Hurco Mills.
2. Experience programming with Fusion 360.
3. Conventional programming in WinMax, using DXF files.
4. Experience machining aluminium, plastics, and free issue parts.
5. Manage tools and setups.
6. Read technical drawings.
7. Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
8. Have a keen eye for detail and good engineering hygiene.
9. Be reliable and punctual.

CNC Programmer Salary & Benefits

• Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
• Mon - Fri, 40 hours (alternate weeks - early & late shifts, every other Friday off)
• Early Shift: Monday - Thursday (06:00 - 15:00), Friday (06:00 - 17:30)
• Late Shift: Monday - Thursday (13:30 - 22:45), Friday off
