E3 Recruitment is seeking a CAD/CAM CNC Programmer for a technically focused role in a collaborative design environment near Wilstead. You will develop, test and optimise bespoke sheet metal systems and manufacture products to exact specifications on high-spec projects.

• Develop, test and optimise bespoke engineered systems in sheet metal.
• Manufacture products into precise manufacturing specifications.
• Create accurate and bespoke technical solutions in collaboration with designers and internal teams.
• Contribute to the delivery of complex, project-specific engineered solutions.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure designs are fully manufacturable and practical.
• Excellent technical drawing and detailing capability.
