Job summary

E3 Recruitment is seeking a CAD/CAM CNC Programmer for a technically focused role in a collaborative design environment near Wilstead. You will develop, test and optimise bespoke sheet metal systems and manufacture products to exact specifications on high-spec projects.

Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing design environments.
Proficient in CAD plus other CNC programming packages.
Strong communication and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

Develop, test and optimise bespoke engineered systems in sheet metal.
Manufacture products into precise manufacturing specifications.
Create accurate and bespoke technical solutions in collaboration with designers and internal teams.
Contribute to the delivery of complex, project-specific engineered solutions.
Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure designs are fully manufacturable and practical.
Excellent technical drawing and detailing capability.
