Responsibilities

Ensure safety, security and wellbeing of customers and colleagues on every flight.
Deliver award-winning customer service and create memorable onboard experiences.
Assist customers with a wide range of needs, including first aid where required.
Promote and sell onboard products with confidence.
Work closely with Cabin Crew and Flight Deck colleagues for safe operations.
Adhere to company procedures, regulatory requirements and safety standards.
