Job summary

CAE is seeking a C130 Pilot Instructor to join our Brisbane-based team. You will support PIQ and advanced training, delivering mission briefs, and hands-on simulator instruction in a new, cutting-edge Flight Training Device, under the supervision of the Lead Instructor.

Relocation and a work visa are provided, with opportunities to influence aviation training standards in a dynamic, global team.

Responsibilities

• Report to the C130 Key Account Manager and Lead Instructor, supporting the Spartan Pilot Initial Qualification (PIQ) Course and advanced training programs.
• Deliver engaging mission briefs and debriefs.
• Provide hands-on simulator instruction to C130 pilot students in a brand-new, state-of-the-art Flight Training Device.
• Collaborate with simulator maintenance teams to keep training equipment at peak performance.
• Help develop and continuously improve training materials, ensuring our syllabus stays cutting-edge.
