CAE is seeking a C130 Pilot Instructor to join our Brisbane, Australia team. The role involves leading mission briefs, hands-on simulator instruction, and contributing to the PIQ program for pilots in training at a state-of-the-art facility.

Relocation support and a work visa are provided, with eligibility requirements including security clearances from the UK, US, or Canada. This is a strategic opportunity to shape the next generation of aircrew within a global training network.

Responsibilities

• Report to the C130 Key Account Manager and Lead Instructor, supporting the Spartan Pilot Initial Qualification (PIQ) Course and advanced training programs.
• Deliver engaging mission briefs and debriefs.
• Provide hands‑on simulator instruction to C130 pilot students in a brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art Flight Training Device.
• Collaborate with simulator maintenance teams to keep training equipment at peak performance.
• Help develop and continuously improve training materials, ensuring our syllabus stays cutting‑edge.
