Job summary

CAE is seeking an experienced ex-military pilot to join our Brisbane training team as an A330 MRTT Pilot Instructor. You will lead pilot instruction, deliver mission briefs and debriefs, and mentor students in a brand-new, state-of-the-art Flight Training Device.

Reporting to the Lead Instructor, you will collaborate with maintenance and CAE staff to continuously improve training materials and the syllabus, with relocation support and visa provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Ex-military pilot with instructor background on military or civil platforms.
• Experience delivering pilot instruction and debriefs.
• Familiarity with A330 MRTT training programs and simulators.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging mission briefs and debriefs for KC30A pilots.
• Provide hands-on simulator instruction on a state-of-the-art FTD.
• Collaborate with maintenance and training teams to keep equipment peak-ready.
• Contribute to developing and updating training materials and syllabus.
